I know that my opinion

It's a survey that is needed. It is for research that can help life, and help services be delivered.

I think it is cool to do surveys.

I liked it. It gave

me a chance to

give my opinion.

I think it is done purposely to get everyone’s

opinion about what’s going on with the community

and the health of it.
